Hawai`i Island honey was collected from around Hawai`i Island, starting in September, 2025. This honey was analyzed to determine if environmental DNA anaysis could be utilized to provide baseline honey bee forage from an island with year-round forage availibity. For each month, use the drop-down menu.
Celvia CC AS laboratroy was chosen based on their metagenomic shotgun DNA (MDA) analysis methods for honey.
